 Surrogacy in Nepal

I was thinking of cryogenic shipping to Nepal. But not sure about surrogacy law. I read somewhere Nepal doesn't allow it anymore.It cost 5K to ship Nepal. Anyone know anything about this or have done this.

Please share your experience. I really appreciate your help.
