Bhattrai not in favor of coalition govt.

KATHMANDU, July 3 - Senior leader of Nepali Congress and former Prime Minister Krishna Prasad Bhattrai has said that he is not in favor of an all-party government.
Speaking to the media men at the Tribhuwan International Airport Saturday afternoon Bhattrai on his arrival from India said he wished to unite Nepali Congress and its splinter group Nepali congress (Democratic).

Replying to a query of the journalists Bhattrai said, ý Personally I am not in favor of constituent assembly.ý

Look at this picture.. we still need emergency light for Deputy Prime Minister to sign the book. With such situation the democracy has to flourish... quite hard though.

Actually there were hidden agenda, that's why they are signing at dark.
