Why Nepalese could not establish true democracy and fail?

In 2007 era, arm revolt aganist Rana regime in Bhojpur, eastern Nepal. Arm revolutionary front ?Mukti Morcha? affiliate with Nepali Congress Party. The revolutionary commanders and leaders of Mukti Morcha was Dr. K. I Singh and Ram Prasad Rai. Both leader principle was corruption, crimes and political change must be done from grass root level and its foundation, so new democracy can be grows up with clean democratic culture or systems.

But, when Mukti Morcha entered in Dhuli Khel near kathmandu. B. P. Koirala and Girija P. Koirala did peace agreement with Rana Regime in New Delhi, India. Peace agreement was not consult with revolutionary leaders Dr. K. I Singh and Ram Prasad Rai. Both revolutionary leaders were against with B. P. Koirala?s bloody betray.

So Dr. K. I Singh and Ram Prasad Rai were assassinate by Nepali Congress Party of B.P. Koirala. Therefore, Nepali Congress Party of B. P. Koirala and Girija P. Koirala never mention their names in History of Nepal Democracy. Neither Nepali Congress Party of B.P Koirala ever mentions them neither a martyrs nor democratic revolutionary leaders. This was a great moral less crime and betrayed execute by Nepali Congress Party of B.P Koirala in political history of Nepal. Since then Nepali congress Party practices corruption, crimes and unethical activities in Nepal politics. Therefore, Nepali Congress Party never ever respected as a trusted party in intellectual community of Nepali politics.

In the name of democracy, same family of ranas and top corrupted people carried governmental and political powers of Nepal. In Nepali proverb it is called ?Hati ayo Hati ayo Phussa??

Bad leadership of B. P. Koirala and Girija P. Koirala are the result of collapsed of democracy of Nepal.

Therefore, so many crooks, criminals and corrupted people ruled Nepal. Beside that, its result is great failure of true democracy of Nepal.

Of course the Revolution against Rana regime was not complete but compromised by Rana and Koirala with thier on interests even the King Tribhuvan, the first and foremost democratic king in the history of Nepal, wanted the CONSTITUTIONAL ASSEMBLY election as the fundamental process of Democracy to write the constitution!!

Later the king Mahendra, the tyrant dictator took the power more absolutely than Rana. It was not confirmed who killed the King Tribhuban in Switzerland hospital, who had gone for the minor tiborculousis treatment? For king Tribhuvan realy wanted to see the accomplishment of the CONSTITUIONAL ASSEMBLY ELLECTION IN NEPAL - DEMOCRATIC FOUNDATION PROCESSED BY THE PEOPLE AND FOR THE PEOPLE. It was said that the tyrant king Mahendra was in opposition of the CONSTITUTIONAL ASSEMBLY. So it is a consipiracy that the tyrant killed his father.

This was the real assassination of the process of the Democracy in Nepal. The tyrant king Mahendra then invented the Panchayat system of democracy - rather one party sytem of Democracy where all the crooks, dakoits, lootter, rapers, criminal took the part to rule Nepal. This system was indedd built on the Gorkhali tradition of the tyrant king Prithivinarayan Shah and Rana oligarcy.

Now after Panchayat lost its grip on people with false propaganda with the crown of our popular democratic king Birendra we got the Democarcy. During king Birendra's rule in Panchayat period the king new nothing about what is happening behind the system. He did not knew there was a UNDERGROUND GAINT managing the process with the army (RNA). Surya Bahadur Thapa gave the name "BHUMITGRIHE". The master was the King G, the Kalki Avatara, who indeed was there to irradicate the incarnation of Visnu and his entire family. This how Democracy was failed in Nepal.

At this time and point king G, the Kalki avatara, RNA and Maoists are responible for all that prevent and assassinate the Democracy. Police and civil servents were happy with the democracy as the politicians. We have realize that Democracy is a process to make each participant, worker and citizen to come to the point to self-realize how honestly and reponsibly each member take momentum of the fundamental freeedom, human rights, political rights in his or her life. Each one of us play a role against or for in our everyday participation in a democratic society.

Therefore the government which suspends the fundamental rights of people even under emergency prevents people from the participation in a democratic society. Hence king G and RNA are against the democracy at this point and time in aNepal. Maoists were trying to prevent this rights since last 6 years. The ruler king G is not at all democractic and will forever prevent the rights of people. Therefore such ruler must be OPPOSED.

When you point your single index finger towards other, the remaining three fingers always points toward you.

I can feel the frustration of our nation's citizen about the existing situation of political turmoil, but I feel like, now it is time for us, each and every one of us, atleast stop being bitter towards the situation. Have you even tried something to do with it- if answer is "NO", then we have no reason to be being bitter towards it.

I wish each and every one rather than changing others, I wish if they first change themselves. How wonderful it would be...

The king is corrupt, and a dictator, he has taken over in an illegal coup,
He has no right to rule as he is from a serial killer's family, unlike most politicians
India is richer than Nepal, and Bhutan as it is a democratic republic,.
The king will offer alliances with any side, Pakistan's islamists, China's communists, China's

Capitalists, and India's Hindus, and Communists, in a mercenary satanic attitude, that

forgets the rights of Hindus in Pakistan or Nepalese, in the BJP, the king is from a serial

killer's family,
Overthrow him,
Declare a republic in Nepal
I support democracy it is the best system,
The king was able to take power, as Nepal's government did not have power,
i.e. the Maoists, could not take over in a coup, so why could a apparently powerless king,
also many hate the king as a corrupt, source of cash, living in a palace, which used to have a

harem, he is a serf owner, and arrests decent child rights campaigners, and socialists, while

freeing murderers, and committing murders
Monarchy has killed more people in the twentieth century than Communism, when you include the

flu epidemic of 199, and the world war one, etc, etc,
You claim politicians are corrupt, but in what way, they are not as corrupt as king or such,

who live in a palaces, and own factories,
the war upped the last time the king took over, and has again,
and under him, the economy slowed down for the first time in decades
there was also a Maoist revolt in the 1970s, which saw deaths, and riot kills,
the king has never allowed democracy,
every mistake it makes he jumps on, Nepal has more child labourers and serfs per head than any

land outside Africa and Saudi
every mistake he makes he blames on politicians, a easy shorthand, as none can say yes i am to

blame, as people are not politicians, politicians, are not politicians, they are people, just

like the evil king. except politicians fight for the people, the reason why you say politicians is as they do not take all the credit even in Britain Churchill did not get al the credit for winning ww2, or fdr but in ussr Stalin claimed it all, and kings claim all credit, and blame advisors for all failings,

if you compared on eon one the king with any politician the king would be worst, as he killed so many, and saw so many deaths in his 3 year stint in power, and has lost so many allies, so its ?thje politicians. And a alien invader style hatred of human rights, activists, , never a particular one, only the stereotype, and that is a made up person
if monarchists hate human rights so much they should be treated like animals,

while the king like Japan?s
emperor in ww2, fights for himself, and his image, then pretends, nowt was his fault,
and has killed many,
If 10 years of democracy were a failure, what about the 3 years in the middle of that, of

dictatorship when most people died. and what about the fact Nepal was so poor under the

monarchy, there were revolts in the 1970s, and oppression and famines, democracy would have

worked if it had power, not the king, remember the Maoists could not launch a coup in a day,

how could a apparently powerless king, who was not even liked. because Nepal, was not allowed

democracy as it was not a democracy it must be to save it, from China, of which he is becoming

the finger puppet of, Pakistan and the king,. who is Dracula d and Ivan the terrible

remember in the 20th century more people died of royalist ww1, and it?s flu epidemic, and king Leopold, than under communism, and the worst communist regime, which I shall not mention was a fusion of that most evil ideal, of monarchists and communists, and was ousted by the sort of communists who the Maoists are, remember the communists saved Europe from Hitler, and also it is worse than democracy, but the most successful system is democracy, and both are better than murderous royalty,

which are the worst royalties on earth, (a) Saudi Arabia, which caused the civil war in Sudan by making it?s secular socialists impose sharia law ion the S, and by forcing in an islamist group into their coalition, guaranteeing that the government had to keep with it, and by buying land which disposseded peasants and forced them to revolt, and join the rebellion, and it cause the Algerian war, by funding the isalmist groups, that started the civil war, and caused the Yemeni civil war, and the Somali civil war, Afghanistan?s recent post-soviet wars, none of these wars helped anybody and they did not even help islam, as they paid saddam to invade iran, and also created bin laden, whether in the same way Ulster protestants created the iran, by hating catholics, or by the way that maybe they did actually create him, and they still arrest maids, who escape from their contracts early, and make them work, even unpaid, and they fund corrupt British Prime ministers children, like Mark Thatcher, and they still have the last vestige of slavery where they see in mecca Ethiopians, are bought as slaves, which does not happen in Ethiopia to pay for visits to mecca, and costs, and they buy livers from Egypt off poor mad people, who then have it given to richj Saudi drunks, who often own harems, this does not happen in any other muslim land, it is not Islam?s fault. It is monarchy?s,
which is the second, worst
b) Nepal, the poorest and lowest life expectancy in s-asia, only Bhutan was poorer before the king took over, in the years of king?s rule, 7000 people died, in the 7 years of democratic rule, 3000, and it was falling,. In the 1970s there were commie revolts which killed many, so the revolts did not start under the democracy, and increased under monarchy, it has highest slavery and bonded labour, and child labour on earth, and deports Tibetan,

? SWAZILAND ITS KING KILLS, PEOPLE, AND HAS SEEN HIMSELF, SAY ALL VIRGINS must PRADE NAKED IN FRONT OF HIM EVERY YEAR, HE CHOOSES THE MOST ATTRACTIVE AS ANOTEHYR OF HIS WIVES, even if tehy are allready about to marry someone else,
AND SPENDS THE ENTIRE BUDGET, raised from these wronged men, ON THEM, they then leave, to other lands, fleeing this jabba the hut, and he finds more wives, he has had 25, since coming to power, and he then tries to punish teh families of thsoe wives, and even the wives,
and he then blames politicians, who have no power what so ever,
even when he purchases, wait for it, buying him an airplane, worth millions which they will be barred from using, heee ehheheh , he blames them, ahahhaha, it s laughable, how awful monarchists are, which he will use, yes he blames politicians for this, anyway as of this, this absolutist dictator then has seen his land now have the highest hiv rate on earth, so of course the lowest life expectancy, in the unbiased socialist life expectancy tables,
All because it is a monarchy,

(D) Dracula, he killed more people of his own country than any in the 20th Century, even that royal-communist regime, well maybe withy the expetion of areas the nazis, ruled, and parts of Belgian royal congo, very evil,

(e) Ghenghis khan, I am sure you know all about him, as you are ruled by a king, and he obviously tells of how evil and degenerate they are,

well kings create evil, and pain and misery
face it, Kyrgyz, Lebanese, and such should own Nepal, if Nepalis can?t have democracy, or republics, someone else will, and won?t be threatening monarchy or dictatorship, unlike Nepal, Nepalis are not monkeys they can handle democracy

Long live the republic, long live the socialist state.
Down with monarchy, up with republics, up with democracy

No....... I do not agree with chavnepal.

You are wrong 90% but right somehow 10%.

Failing Nepali Democracy and Peace is not cause of Gyanendra.

Maoist revolution origin becuase of Dhirendra, Dipendra, Paras, Late Queen, Surya Bahadur, Girija P. Koirala, corrupted and criminals leaders and political parities as welll as illiterate, stupid, selfish, irresponsible, moral-less majority Nepalese population.

After 1990 people movement of democracy, Girija got 100% support from people, royal family, all political parites, international communities as well as communist of Nepal. But he f-u-c-k up all.

Because Girija P. Koirala DID NOT HAVE well education, leadership, responsible, moral, vision, can do spirit, faith, trust, dedication and contribution to Nepal and future of Nepal. Girija Koirala is just a corrupt and criminal crook for stupid people.

That is a key Democracy fail in Nepal........

You know I have been regularly seeing a dream again and again telling me that it is not the politicians nor the journalists nor the intellectuals nor the human righs advocates or the members of civil society are responsible for the FAILURE OF DEMOCRACY in Nepal.
I have been dreaming this way but you would not beleive the TRUTH of my dream.

My dream said that it is the Gorkhali Parja who hated the fundamental rights of people given to people of Nepal by the popular king Birendra - that thought and feeling failed the Democracy in Nepal. These Gorkhali parja are those educated or sami-educated but they belong to privilleged of Gorkhali regime. These people really knocked down the Democracy.

Now they are so happy that so called corrupt politicians are in detension and they can have jolly good time in Nepal and Sajha.com

These people failed the democracy. I was thinking only king G did it but he has a mass of Gorkhali praja with him in RNA, civil servents, their sons and daughters in abroad - educated or sami-educated, selfish, superstitious and cunning to cheat on rest of poor Nepali people.

standforyourrightsji,
enough heard about your gorkhali parja stuff. Your plight for the poor Nepali people cannot be heard by the Gorkhali Parja unless you stand for your rights infront of the Narayanhiti. Go and challenge them now. Poor Nepali will challenge the King when they feel needed to themselves. Alright?

Stand for Your Rights bro/ sis pheri yaha pani tyahi kura suru garne bhanya, timile ta joke nai banayau afno.

you speak such a contradicting and biased language. if you are worried about POOR NEPALI PPL, then why do you like the "popular king birendra".

do you not think he is getting unfair advantage because he was enjoying our taxes and aids that were meant for POOR NEPALI PPL.

but like you i too like King Birendra, he is popular among my group of ppl, then why do you have this biased view towards present king that watever he is doing is bad. King birendra did wat was necessary then, King gyanendra is doing what is important now as well. we have different opinion in what is right and wrong, but if you were submissive to a King before and trusted him so as to allow him to live off ur taxes and your fellow POOR NEPALI ppl's taxes then why dont you trust a KING again, and shut up for a while and be an attentive observer of what is going on.

and oh yea btw the system you support the most democracy-- it is the best among the worst. it is the rule of many( as Plato puts it) and there will still be POOR NEPALI PPL who will be overlooked by the majority who themselves will be lobbied by small group of rich ppl and influential politicians. have u thought about democracy from this perspective before advocating so vehemently for it?

Why democracy fail in Nepal?

(1) Corruption:
Open and freely corruption by Ministers, government officers or employees, leaders of political parties, and illegal business people. Constitution, legal and justice are useless.

(2) Crimes: Open and freely commit crimes by Ministers, government officers or employees, leaders of political parties and illegal business people as well as police and law makers. Law, orders, rule and regulation are completely dead.

(3) Racism or Bahunism: Open, freely and systemic racism in Nepal constitution, government employments, political system, governmental system, social, cultural, educational and religion. Because heavy and open racism Native Nepalese tribes never ever able to lift-up their social life. Some true Nepalese tribes are still live in Jungle. It was mean to by Nepalese Bahun race of Nepal.

(4) Illiterate majority population: More than 70% Nepalese population under illiterate. Only 20% are just holding diplomas and certificates, Just only 10% are well educate people in whole population of Nepal. That means, More or majority population are stupid than skilful or intelligences. Majority of stupid dominates to minority of well educate or intelligences people. Definitely, result of democracy must be failed in Nepal.

Nepali democracy fail because of Surya Bahadur Thapa (ex-prime minister Rayastra Prajtantra) and Girija P. Koirala (ex-prime minister of Nepali Congress).

These two people fail their ownself.

These two people fail their own party.

These two people fail Nepali Democracy.

These two people fail and ruined Nepalese people lives and future, too.

These two people destroyed Nepal.

That is the key reason to fail Nepali Democracy.

These corrupt and criminals mainpulate and make Easy, Free and Effective survival tool to Democracy, Freedom, Peace and Human Rights.

in the past record,....

Nepali democracy failed 4 times because of false democracy systems and implementation.

Corrupted and Criminals became political leaders and government high authority.

There were No balancing act and Equality for all race Nepalese people.

So all previous corrupted and criminal politician must hand off from politics and leadership and government employment or they must get death penalties. Somehow they must remove from Politics and Government employments.

There is the best solution and No other alternative for solution either.

Q: Why democracy fail in Nepal?
A: It is not meant for under-developed country like Nepal.

Firstly, democracy policy was established to boost the development of developing countries. The very idea is to use the surplus budget to accelerate the economic growth.

But in countries like ours, uttano pareko shivaji, democracy is like computer to neanderthals, or to say in more precise words........its like trying to fit Harley-Davidson's 1000 cc engine in a bicycle. It is doomed to fail....no biggie.
