This is dedicated to all those who live in the comfort of thier homes, away from the streets, might wanting to do something about the situation, but dont have the guts to do so and therefore resort to incessant rantings...

INCESSANT RANTINGS

Worshipping gods of foreign lands,
beholden by their might we stand,
dazed in servile bewilderment,
white skin, greenbacks, quids and greed,
learning the lingua franca of the day,
the thick skinned, seasoned and salivating,
Pavlovian dog-men puke out guttaral speeches.

They take pride in their gait,
grotesque bellies, nurtured with wild boars,
nurtured in hate, their bellies strapped to formality,
in uniforms of the state,
rotundas of dowra suruwals.

Did someone you know die today?
Or would you say everyone's leaving anyway!

Paddy fields have been fully irrigated,
bloodied streams have innundated,
surplus productivity of self-sufficient hatred.

Let us gorge ourselves,
with lamentations,
of all that is around us,
we die content in our discontents.

Which is more painful I ask,
the birth or the death of nations?

Let us all give in,
to the black addiction,
let us drown in the incessant pool of rantings,
and spend another day....
