Can we treat Other Nepali singer equally ? I think we do have better singers though they may not sing Hindi well as Prashant does !

ALSON Bro, let Prashant grow on his own way, and let his fans cheer him up as they like. I certainly think Prashant is not better than Debnarayan Pradhan (who is also a rising singer from Darjeeling) but I did never spend time for Debnarayan Pradhan (or other similar nepalese artists) as I did for Prashant. I don't know why, neither do I want to know the reason too. I was in the DC concert, and to be honest, I liked Raju Lama and felt that he has better flair for singing before crowd. Still, I was thrilled by Prashant's songs. For now,  I just feel I am happy for Prashant and have done nothing wrong supporting him.

I don't have comment regarding supporting him . It's a free society we can cheer and support any actors of the world. I just mean we had supported him a lot winning Indain Idol 3, I think that's enough we can do !

If we really true  our own identity let's encourage our home grown singer .. ! Don't they deserve our support too .. ???

Certainly our home grown artists deserve our support more than Prashant. No doubt on it. The fact on the other side of coin is that our home grown artists are not as lucky as Prashant or there must be some more reasons for the matter they have missed overwhelming support as Prashant received. After all, the feeling of support can't be dripped en mass.


By the way, I would love to watch video updates of Prashant's concert in Boston, if available.
