Does Graduate Certificate with 16 credit Hours qualify for the petition of H1-B Masters quotas?

If you can get a degree certificate. Consult with your institution if they can issue a bachelors degree certificate. I have seen candidates who went for PHD but was not able to pass the exam were granted MAsters for the course they took.

thanks lato.....but my issue is whether i can b eligible to apply for Marters H1-B Quota or Not? with graduate certificate not full masters degree....

YES WITH ANTICIPATED LETTER FROM YOUR SCHOOL STATING THAT YOU WOULD COMPLETE YOUR DEGREE WITHIN ONE SEMESTER.  WHICH IS NOT GONNA HAPPEN. SO DRAG IT ON TILL NEXT APR....
