I have some queries,

I am on F2 dependent visa status. I want to apply for TPS and EAD too. I heard that F2 dependent cannot apply TPS and EAD together (it's because F2 is not allowed to work) but step by step i.e. once TPS status is approved, F2 can apply for EAD with TPS approved notice. Is this true or F2 dependent can also apply TPS and EAD together like others? F2 le after TPS approved status ma college jana paucha ki naai? or what if s/he wants to go college after some months when TPS is about to terminate? Is anyone here on the same boat? i need some suggestions please!

what you talking about? If someone out of status/illegal can apply for TPS and EAD both at same time, how come F2 cannot? this doesn't make sense to me.
some expert from sajha might know it better though.

I completely agree with Esmen, Lets put it this way, one can apply for TPS if he/she is in status or out of status. You can certainly apply for it

Anyone can apply for TPS /EAD/AP it's just you don't want to contradict one status with another.

For example

F2 can apply TPS EAD and can work but by doing so he/she will be violating the F2 status as F2 cannot work.

Out of status can apply TPS EAD and can work but when TPS expires guess what they are still out of status. So it doesn't affect them.

Asylee can do the same as their cases are still pending with the court.
