decent start from Nepal

However, they have to up their tempo as they can hardly play spin when introduced later

Any way - we would have a decent chance today only if we can put 250+ on board

Remember South Africa hit 330+ in the same venue against Scotland. Nepal made 234 against Ireland when they played last time.

My best wishes and pray to pashupatinath as early as now to rescue us!

Je hos, tiniharuko Alaxander bhanne lai substitute gardiyo.

May be he is injured.

He will be a big blow for SF an he had bowled 3.1 overs for just 9 runs.

Good going nepal. Good pace. Important thing is to preserve wickets until 30 overs and go for broke.

kanishka needs to score a century (or something close to it) today for nepal ho have a realistic chance of winning. noone else in this team seems able to score at a decent rate.

Awesome 50 from kaniska chaugai, So far nepal is batting awesome, it would have been better if m.k chettri was on the crease a little bit longer for atleast first 20 overs. but no complain so far. This is the best batting I have seen from Nepal, and with good opponent too. It would be nice if they could keep it up like this. In my guess they have to score above 220+ tonight. If our Guys do score that much or better, then i think our bowlers will do the Job.

current score

Nepal Under-19s 91/1 (17.2 ov)
Run rate- 5.25

Good going boys, rotate the strike, don't give maidens and no run outs for God's sake.
A decent score will be something over 260, but it is yet to be half way and it is very much possible.

Yeah, so far so good. Nepal has beaten South Africa few years back and I guess some of the boys from that winning team is still in the current team including Chaugain. Nepal has tasted the victory against SA so that means psychologically, they should feel better. I guess we need to score at least 220 today. Any score above that will be highly competitive. Nepal should won with 220+ on the board.

Oh my god all hopes gone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

With out a score of 250+ on board, nepal has just a glimmer of hope

I am hoping they let these two spinners go and then attack the fast bowlers.

dont be so despondent aamai, id say that anything in excess of 230 will be competitive. remember that out bowlers are pretty competent. yeah, we know SA managed to chase down ireland's 300+ score the other day, but i suspect they will find the going MUCH harder against our boys. that being said, we gotta GET to 230 forst, dont we :)
