I have an embarrassing problem with premature ejaculation. My girlfriend is frustrated too and sex life is very pitiful. Have any suggestion to last longer at least 10 min.

By repeating this as many times as necessary, you can reach the point of entering your partner without ejaculating. After a few practice sessions, the feeling of knowing how to delay ejaculation may become a habit that no longer requires the squeeze technique.

Pahadi, all I can say from your last post is that you are a pathetic looooooser. If your girlfriend finds out that you’re looking for the solution in a public forum then your days of getting a little of what you’re getting right now will be over. Pahadi dai, avoid having sex with fully loaded gun or use condoms to last longer. Put two, three, four or even more condoms or until your member does not feel any fricion...lol...  Althought I don't recommend it, but there are desensitizing creams someone can use too

In serious note: Find some suitable Kegel exercise and practise it. Also avoid position like missionary
