When they turned away natural disaster victim saying there is no fund, secret fund was transfered to palace to buy 2 bullet-proof Jaguars. This is just one example of corruption.

Yes leaders were corrupt, but they are under the rule of law and have been tried for corruption by CIAA and can be tried in future too. But Gyane does corruption staying outside the reach of law, he can not be punished until Nepal's political system changes.

His illegal spending does not become legal just becasue he has power to write and stamp the law.

This last 4 years of royal regime has drove country almost to bankruptcy, poor nepali janta are suffering. But Gyane and his criminal family and chamchas are still enjoying luxury life.

So if you think leaders should be punished for their crime and corruption then Gyane should not be left behind too. He and his family (son and son in law) are equally corrupt and equally criminal.

I agree king is not perfect but then political party are more so. I am at least happy that king has got the guts to kick the political parties. We should not be one dimensional and think king is bad or political party is bad. King is an integral part of nepal and those who say king should leave nepal shoud themselves return to nepal rather than staying in america and shouting what should be done and what shouldnot be done.
