Does anybody know how to get asylum in usa. If you get denied do they deport you?

People just assume things and give a bunch of unethical and meagre blame... You better ask what the real scenario is and then start blaming. Certainly no loyal nepalese could support the criminal maoist war veterans be filed asylum here. Having nick name doesnot portay the reality. People have the picture of their enemy at home so that they could not forget that enemy to take action in the future.

Whatever the reason behind choosing so called fu(ked up nick name, you might have realized by now that people just hate this word so badly.

Most people who have made it to the USA are not victims of maoists. Some people have absolutely no bad feeling when lying to the generous government and begging for asylum. I have seen ministers, corrupted civil servants and other leeches of the Nepali society fleeing the country with illegal money and filiing asylum in the USA saying their life is threatned back home. if they can make it to the usa to file asylum they can definately go live their life in India with the money spent on air tickets and travel. It is sad for anyone honest to see the people who should be punished for their ill activities rather benefiting and enjoying the benefits of refugees.

The real needy people who should be protected under the political asylum umbrella barely make it to kathmandu, forget about USA. They were killed and still killed in villages by both maoists and amries.

What kind of advise are you seeking here? how to cheat US govt and file for asylum? if their life is real threatned , then go with the real story. If not then they do not deserve a political asylum. Political asylum is created as the most generous protection to the most needy people. It should not be misused. It should not be used as a loophole to stay in the country.Misusing political asylum is a disrespect to the genorisity of the generous people/country offering the protection. It is a disrespect to the humanity.

Fair points that you made dyamn but it's the human nature. Everybody wants prosperity and it can be well understood by Nepalese filing for asylum whether they're real victims or not.
