Dijju, do you know we had a blast time in Nepal at Capty's wedding and the places we went to? I am gonna have to spend this year looking at those pictures, poor me!! Tell ya the truth our buhari is very friendly like our own captain. "jodis are made in haven" - that's for sure.

Oye jee, I missed you too jee! I was in chane ke khet me near Gurdaspur drinking lassi wassi and thinking you would have liked it too. I brought you some lassi in a thermos and added some chai too it too since the thermos can keep cold things cold and hot things hot. You wont believe how Punjab has changed. They all have mobile phones in the fields and send SMS while driving their tractors at midday.   The mundes are into Versace and FKUKand the kuddis talk only about Urban Outfitters and Jasmine Sola ... shame shame jee not like when we were there and had to wear sherwani and wash our clothes with Nirma detergent washing powder :)

Brig Ma'am - I cant speak for you but before I left for vacation, I was spending too much time on Sajha. When I was in Nepal people asked me who I hang out with these days.  I said "Hmmm, lemme think, well, there's SNDY then there's Loote and everyone else in the Cafe". I had to tell them those was just your nicknames. My pledge now is to balance time on Sajha with other recreational activities. I definitely think we need to strike that balance in our lives. Do you not agree?

I have gifts for everyone but gotta get on a call now. Will bring em out later. Hope you guys will still be around.

Not long ago (yesterday) this thread hardly moved on and people hardly posted anything in here and today I see at an early time (normally there would be 3-4 posts around this time) this thread has already filled 3 pages! Please dont put words into my mouth. Where did I say that?  If you read again, I think what I said was fair. As if you dont feel that way  at times. This place is a virtual paradise, a solace from all our troubles - thats why people keep coming back. At the same time, you cant get addicted to your "happy places" no matter how good they are. What part of  that statement do you disagree with, my dearest Brig Ma'am?

I do believe that sndy has a huge cafe spirit and she undoubtedly is all our sweetheart and the nicest person... but some reason you have the power to bring everyone else into this thread and to get them posting in here! I was seriously thinking that the Cafe days are gone.. and then you come back from your long vacation and here everyone else is too coming back from their hibernation and making the cafe lively and going again. It is amazing to see. And as we would not want to ruin the cafe spirit by having serious and analytical talks here.. why dont we jusy put an end to this topic.
