I did the whole north america overland tour from Corpus Christi to Canada all the way up Highway 35 through midwest and I went again overland from Germany to Kathmandu over 10 different countries.
Come to my house I will show tons of slides.

I just remember one thing which might be helpful for you too.
I flew from Newyork to Frankfurt with Iceland Air for 150€ standby ticket.
You just go to JFK ask for standby ticket to Germany at the Iceland Air desk.they will tell to wait until the last hour. They will ask around 250$.
If you wait there till 30 Min. before the flight they come come down to 150$.
From Germany to Kathmandu you can fly for 700€ return to kathmandu.

The best place to eat Beef is in Fort Worth, very close to cowtown, The famous old Stockyard. I love this place.

Oh man you get huge piece of Barbeque for 16$ and the Ribs you cannot stop eating.
they are so good.

You go and look how they barbeque in western style.
They make around 500KG of Beef on this Grill.
You cannot imagine and the country music belongs to it.
They don't take credit cards, so bring cash.

The place to eat Pork and fresh water fish is in IOWA, the old city Des Moines.
It is very nice city with capitol in middle of the town.
Just go to any Barbeque restaurant Pork Barbeque taste the same.
It is delicious.

If you have canoe or little boat you can go fishing along the Des Moines river.
You get Catfish from 50cm to almost a meter long.There are thousands of them.
I caught them with Nepali style Balchi.
Just catch them what you really eat.They are very easy to catch .
That is delicious too.

I am sorry for the guys who wants to preserve their ancestrial culture in Amrika.I guess I am causing unnecessary appetite to them.
Please go to mexican cost plus or similar store get the Cents a kilo chicken throw them to Grill after 30 minutes you can enjoy mexican chicken as good as my Beef Barbeque from Angelo´s. If you grill them all right.

I find myself nervous to eat any fish out of rivers in North America. I feel that I'm eating mercury and other heavy metals.

In Nepal it is even worse: all used Battery acid with heavy metal lead oxides and all the used acid from dying factories flow to the Bagmati and Bishnumati river and two days later it is in Tarai where the most fresh water fish come from.

There was a disease called cancer even in stone age. It is not something new.
Majority of people are living much longer now than before.Vegetarian does not live longer than smokers or non-vegeterain.Sai Baba is vegeterian , he has big health problems now.I do not think he will be 100 years old.
I do not think about heavy metal when my Beef Barbeque or my fish is right in front of me at the table. I just enjoy my food.

If you really start analysing, there won´t be anything left that is edible?
