A touching movie, with numerous touchy scenes....!!!

SRK waking up in an aeroplane and feel the aroma of Swadesh, Small kids following big van in village, Shahdev's prediction of Weather, Panchayat Sabha, Mela Ram's hope of conquering US highways with his Dhaaba Business, the old lady's thrill after seeing a bulb lit on her hut, the entire scene of helplessness of the farmer and his family while going to collect money from him and giving money instead while returning and candy to his kids, the most touchy scene of movie- while returning home. the scene where a small kid selling a cup of water for 25 cents and the first time SRK drinks swadeshi water instead of his distilled water and how SRK is moved by it and heart wrenching teary SRK and when he returns to his van at night and the way he turned so mute as stone, the discussion of SRK saying why he does not feel his country is the greatest country in the world, seeing Gita on her rearview mirror while leaving her in village, and and and..... the list just goes on....

yeah VR, its a touching movie and you really feel for your country when you are watching it..BUT once you are out of the theater or done watching it, you are back on earth...where you belong.
Everyone loves his/her country, but there are so many things that don't let you go back and do something.....

Good Movie tho...I like the songs as well

Once I asked a normal dude, why he likes to watch all those Masala-Formula movies again and again then the so called art type of movies, and his reply is like this- "hajur, we live in this world and with everyday dilemma and hardship, and if we go to movie or in theater, we do not want to see the same thing which surrounds us 24 hours, we just want to have an entertainment, quick fix for our disturbed soul: we don't want to subject to an additional trauma on our existing situation...!!!" I understand what he meant.

That is fact- reality bites...!!!

But hey, my point is "touched-moved" by seeing movie, now that is the point. See, you were moved somehow, but there are plenty who won't. I am glad that you are one of those who feel it....

Yeah dat movie was aight...some definately touchy scenes n some funny ones..but not that good movie tho...afulei taa free maa hernaa payo baal matlaab :P..thought da 1st song was better ...ps better than the movie "raincoat" ,i thought it was waste of time... neways ..peace.
