reliablecom.com does have a few cards, which are good if you use all the minutes in one go as the rounding is very unfair. I haven't had problems with them so far as long as i finish all the minutes at one go. You can give them a try.

I just got a card at the call kathmandu link on sajha and it gave me 2 hours for 10 dollars and the connection was great.

My posting has nothing to do with calling card.
