they need to improve themseves . what u think ? last time one leading weekly paper in nepal published the picture of nepali rapper in middle page of their paper. When i saw the picture some were.......ohhhhhhh forget it . never mind.

Mr Pradhan, I am not saying that only Nepali rappers sux, to me all rappers sux - b it eminem,50 cents or whatever. knowing this genre of music is popular among the people in world right now but i still don't care

but i think nepali rappers are doing pretty good... its growing up..and i think it will get better... well i love r n b and hip hops... and so far nepali music industry has no True R n B songs yet.. so let these folks work lill hard and let them give a new fleva of nepali music...

Rap and to be more speicific, hip hop is form of expression..

What I think about Nepali rap is that it is going through a transition, it is taking baby steps towards meaningful art. It is going to take time and that also with proper musicians/artist. If you look at rap videos and quality about 15 years ago, it was all about chessy lines and dance moves( Vanilla ice,...etc) But people got sick of it and then it came gangsta rap or story telling rap that was popularised by Tupac/Biggie fiasco. The gangsta thing is still working with mini beefs of contemporary artists such as 50 cent..Ja Rule..etc. BUt if you really ask me, I think its all about selling records.

What a suggest to all aspiring nepali rappers is that focus on something thats yours. You probably don't wanna try club anthem or spit fake lyricals jabs. Talk about hardships, of you, being a Nepali or even Nepal..or something creative.. All that bling, bling, I got this, you got nuting...stuffs has been explored.

Myself, am a METAL Freak (Death, I might add) however when it's good it's good. That's what music is, regardless of the Genre.

Changes by 2 Pac is an excellent piece. I_Nepali, you really should listen to it. It has meaning, good music, good rhyme and good voice. You won't regret it but will add one new flavor to your taste.

Nepali rappers are not getting anywhere unless they shoot someone, get shot at or have a long list of criminal record in their resume.

Do you think 50 Cent or Snoop Dog became big time rapper just by singing some rap. 50 Cent would be nothing more than a neighborhood singer if he had no criminal record.

hiphop cannot represent the common man, let alone a generation atleast not in nepal, either the king is going to ban it or the maoists are, k ho maoists ko true enemy ta hiphop po huna parne ta, weren;t they fighting america and its influence, making a statement. drag each over-clothed thug out ani beat them senseless so that aleast they'll have something to sing about. by the way does talking fast pass as rap with a banging beat and drums.

At least they are doing something, RAP in Nepal is its primitive stages... plus like someone else mentioned, Nepsydaz, that group is pretty hot, I heard some of their tracks. Let's appreciate what we're getting except for the "Meaningless rap" gaune group, their lyrics sucks.

BTW maobadi should be eliminated by Nepali Rap atist. It would be nice to have a musical revolution in the country. Everybody bsting a sag and shit lol.

i would rather prefer that nepal have more of bands like 1974ad,robin tamang.... just wander how many of the so called nepali singers n bands can deliver in live concert- just becos they sound good in record does not mean they are good live.

NepBloodz-- calm down man i think they suck i saw them at ana 2004 and one of the guy started talking to someone on the stage while they were performing i mean i like hip hop and everything but i just dont think they connected to me No sorry i cant rap. so wont even try but since they go up on the stage and perform infront of everyone and i m the audience i think i can give my opinion. i m a dancer and if someone out there didnt like my dance and said i sucked i would respect that. i mean i hope u realize that not everyone out there is going to like u and lov every thing u do. but i think they can do some really good jumping tricks
