Anyone have a good nepali pulau recipe with something dry fruits like, kaju, kismis, neriwal.......

recipe for pulau.
soak rice for 15/20 mins.
heat ghee/butter in a pan , after it is heated add kaju fry for sometime till it is golden brown, take it out, add nariwal do the same add kismis . keep all the dry fruits aside.
Now add bay leaf 1/2 , lwang sukmel.then add the rice after drainning the water.stir for some time may be 5/ 7 minutes till the rice becomes slighlty golden.
Now add luke warm water then salt. Cover and cook and stir. Add less water than what is normally required to cook plain rice. Finally add dry fruits when the rice is done.
