Do you know which one is a good choice for a career- technical support analyst or programmer/analyst. Have you worked any of these position. Please advise.

I would suggest you to go for Programmer/Analyst, assuming that you're good in Programming.

if u wanna make more money in long term..goto programming.. Tech support pays like shit and u get treat liek shit .
