Ask everything in e-mail or in writing, from Job Description to what they wil pay, when they will give raise, if there is any contract, if they will hold your salary if you quit, if H-1B filing is waived even if u work with them for less than 1 year, if they wil return your H1 Papers or not ..... everything...clear....
