Dr. Baburam Bhattarai has topped the budgetary competition as well.  No doubt we would be able to hit the numbers on line item #'s 2, 6 & 7. I wish, Dr. Bhattarai would be able to hit all the numbers. Let's hope for  NPR 300b budget for FY2009/10.
