I think you cannot. The best suggestion I can give is go Nepal and get married. They ask for proof such wedding photographs, marrige certificate  etc. This is my personal opinion

Hopefully this will help

didnot understand what you mean?
didnot even understand whether you are married or not??

if you are married you need a marriage registration certificate along with your application. the date there is your formal date. They wouldnot go to nepal and catch the pandit and grill him about you.

if you are not married, you can apply now as single and add your family later during the process. it will however delay your process for few months..

all they care about your US is your status and criminal check.

but if US finds that you are contradicting yourself than you may be in trouble.

so my suggestion is (if you are not married) apply single and add your family later once you get married.

my personal 2 cents, (i wont charge any interest).

You should add whoever you need to add ASAP. Late ammendments automatically means longer processing times. If your application is approved earlier than you thought and before being able to make ammendments, then you will be looking at even longer period to sponsor your spouse... Good luck.
