Yup. H1B regulations are much stricter than F1. If they find out that you are working anywhere else, you will be deported. As STUPIDA has pointed out correctly, you'll have to file for a new H1B for both the jobs. Your current employer may not like that. Consult your current employer, your new employer, and then if everybody agrees, file for a new H1B. Good luck
