I recently got married..I need to bring my wife on H4..Could you guys kindly suggest me what documents my wife need to take to embassy in nepal to apply for her visa.

Has there any denials on H4 visas?

For the interview your wife will have to take along
the orginal I-97 (for her and yours too)
marraige certificate
your pay stub
your W 2
Your Job offer
and sometimes they even ask for your certificates and diplomas..( I am assuming you're on H1 B visa)

Who will issue I97 for wife??

University of Husbands in United States shall issue I-97 for wives :)

don't forget to take lots of pics and even videos(if you can) from your marriage ceremony....if you don't, they'll send you back and will ask you to bring them along the next time you come back for the interview. Only marriage cert. ain't enuf these days.
