Can an H1B sponsoring employer sue you to get back sponsorship cost?
Got H1B sponsorship from Company A. Couldn't get any project for six months.
Now I joined Company B with different H1B.

Employeer A is asking me to pay $2200. Anybody know what are my legal liabilities.
