he changed states and haven't paid for 4 yrs.. he ows like 500o in 5 different credit cards.. whats the best way to fix that ? he wants to pay but right now struggling to meet end needs.. u seem to have ideas about this.. please help ... what are the chances of wage garnishment or other punishments?

Call the individual Credi card company and make aeal... sometime they slash the interest.

Just tell them that you will pay the principal amount but won't pay the interest.
