u might be better off looking for a Hispanic nanny. Try hanging pamphlet at the Indian grocery store at crossroad if u are interested in an Indian parents since there is a big population of Indian on the East side. I'll be really surprised if u find a Nepali person around the area.

You can also find a Nepali person in these area because there are lot's of Bhutanese people in Seattle-Redmond area. If you try to meet some Bhutanese working on Walmart or some other store than u can get contact to other Bhutanese people who might be looking for a job.
