That deadline for Nepal was April 25. They missed it. So TPS is now legally extended until December 24. This isn’t desperation — it’s the law protecting people, whether DHS announces it or not. Stop scaring others when the facts are right there.

Yes ShaniDev is right FRN is needed to prove it has been auto extended. I have provided that for prior auto extension.

Just to clarify — yes, a Federal Register Notice (FRN) is definitely required to update your I-9 and to formally extend EADs or update DMV systems. But what I was saying is this: the legal extension of TPS itself already happened the moment DHS missed the April 25 deadline.
