These days even to tell the truth, you need to keep on repeating it until they, if you are lucky,  eventually believe you.

this is infact true, if you keep on repeating and you have number of ppl to tell that, which is called propaganda, it will eventually ppl start beleiving

this has been used in during 2nd world war.
