well, now that the parliament has been restored , the netas can always propose for having an election for a new constituent assembly, i think that is the only way the maoist will come for talks, or else we are back to square one, once the elctions are held under third party supervision( preferably UN) cause these maoist cannot still be trusted nor can the netas,then we can reduce the powers of the king or well decide on being a republic, legally.well that's my opinion, comments plz.
