Man this december was cruel.Lots and Lots of food and NBA.I gained 10 pounds in a month or so.....Now the hard part...Master Cleanser..Its been 2 days and i have lost more than a pound...If anyone is loking to find a way to lose weight and clean the body(Kidneys and intestine and so on and so forth) TRY this Master Cleanser.Its Natural easy but u need to be quite determined to try it.

I haven't tried this but experience with lemon is it does have acid and will help u shed some pounds but once you quit its sure to comeback double what you lost; For sure.

So don't get excited too soon!

Master Cleanser can be bought at GNC or other Sport medicine stores. However, this medicine is not the permanent solution for obesity. The reason I say this is, once you stop taking the medicine then you would put all the lost weights back on. In addition, medicine such as Master Cleanser is meant for annual or biannual cleansing only.
My personal favorite is HYDRO-OXY-CUT, also available in GNCs. Try it. It works. I have not gain a pound in last 10 years using this supplement whenever I need to tone my abs.

Its not a medicine u buy at places...
Its a mixture of maple syrup,lemonade cyanne pepper and water.It is not something to tone abs and stuff like that...All it does is purifies ur intestine,liver ,kidney etc...since u are driking just 60 fl Oz of that a day for 10 days u will burn ur fat to overcome necessary calories.
I am not a big fan of GNC products or other sports medicines.This is natural no artificial chemicals so I thought to give it a shot.here I am in day 4 with thi stuff..
The recipie is as follows

microwave 15-16 fl oz of water .
add half lime
add to table spoon of maple syrup (grade B or grade A)
add 1-2 pinch of cyanne pepper(powdered)

drink 4-5 times a day.....just this and this will help to xtract toxic stuff from ur body..Weight loss is just a side kick.But for me it was the reason.

Another inportant stuff.
Since u have not had any food for days u cant drop the duece...literally cant flush out the toxins so take 40 fl oz of water add 2 tab spoon of sea salt and drink it.....stuffs nasty.....DO NOT GO OUT OF UR HOUSE until u take a dump.Believe me..SO take this stuff at 5-6 in the evening when u come home off work.
