During filling online application for H1B Visa stamping,there we have to enter passport number .i have 2 passport,old passport has old visa info and new passport does not.
which one i should enter.

I had same situation, enter the new one in the application, but send the copies of both the passports.good luck.

what do u mean by send both?is not that u have to present those during stamping interview?

What is this H-1 visa stamping? Is it necessary to stamp the passport after getting the H-1B appoved?

Enter the New one. But, it is always wise to bring along old passports with you.
Had been stamped H1 twice. Vancouver and Montreal. Never been asked for old passport, but you never know.
