HELLO FRIENDS CAN YOU TELL ME HOW I CAN PLAY THIS DV GAME.?
I MEAN WHAT MUST I DO IN ORDER TO PLAY AND WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENT FOR APPLICATION.
DOES IT COST $$$.?
I HAVE NEVER PLAYED OR TOOK PART IN DV. I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW ABOUT SUCH THING CALL DV UNTIL I WAS IN NEPAL IN 2003.
I SAW MANY NEPALIS LINING UP SOME YOUNG AS 7-10 YEARS OLD AND EVEN 50+ AT THE
LINE SO THEY COULD FILL UP THE APPLICATION FORM AND TOOK PICTUER AND ALL THAT STUFF. I WAS REALLY SURPRISED.
THEN THEY WERE SO MANY BANNERS, ADVERTISEMENT REGARDING DV IN AND AROUND KTM. I WAS REALLY AMUSED BY ALL THIESE SIGHT.
SO WHAT MUST I DO TO PLAY THIS DV?

Most dv winners are dummy, so think before playying, if you pretned to be dummy chance of winning is high otherwise just waste of time and money.

Sajhako hero ,after reading your questions here in sajha i have a strong feeling that you fully qualify to be a dv winner... no need to win.. just copy - print this message forum page and take it to the nearest BCIS center, after reading they should know that you are qualified for DV(dummy visa) and should provide one without any question...
