hey' everyone, we've got a situaiton in our univ. ek jana nepali student lai hamro coll. le I-20 ma out of state fee waiver deko thiyo but yaha aayepachi usko SAT score pugena bhanera out of state din mildaina bhaneko cha....usle english compass ko test dina lako thiyo but usko score tesma thorai aayo because he was not prepared well...ekai din ma diyeko thiyo....aba usko option haru ma..ki aru coll. ma transfer garnu paryo...ki ahilekai univ. le sch. dinu paryo...
yo time ma aru univ. ma transfer garna lai milcha ki mildaina...yo usko first semester ho.....

Has he just landed in the US for the first time. Your DSO might not agree to transfer out even if he gets acce

pted elsewhere. If there is no paper that your friend has signed that he won't get scholarship without certain SAT score, it's the university's fault. He is not obliged to

pay more than amount stated in I-20. Talk with the president n explain the situation very well and focus on telling him it's school's fault and grant out of state waiver.
